Lu's World

Lu got a new toy that she's super stoked on. We found it on Craigslist and rode the Max all the way out to Hillsboro to get it. It was a bitch to carry, but she loves it, so I think it was worth the trouble. It was only $8, and the lady we got it from also gave us a big bag of clothes. Actually, I think she's wearing the new clothes in most of these photos.

Here she is making a funny face, sort of a Bill Murray face. (Love him!) That's the toy.


Here, she's like, "Oh stop it! I do not look like Bill Murray! But don't you just love him?" (Yes.)


She's obsessed with little details lately, which clearly means that she's a genius.



Look! She sits in a rocking chair now. This is where she likes to knit and do the crossword and read trashy novels.


I can't help it. I still love to watch her sleep.


Lu and Joey. She's started saying, "Mamamamamama," so he's trying to slip her the subliminal "Dadadadadadada." Psh.


She plays with friends. He's half her age, but he might crawl before she does!


She has a nightgown with Minnie Mouse on it, and she has her own baby. Most of the time, she tries to eat its head or poke its eye.


In other news...our kitty is having kittens! All she wants to do is eat and sleep.
